Q: Where is BulkWise based?
A: BulkWise Supply Inc. is proudly Canadian, operating out of Ontario. We specialize in organic powders and biostimulants built for living-soil growers across the country.

Q: Do you ship across Canada?
A: Absolutely. We ship Canada-wide.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

(Orders that exceed 50 lb may require a custom freight quote — we’ll always confirm with you before charging anything extra.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders usually arrive within 2–3 business days, and up to 7 days for rural or remote locations. Every order ships with tracking and insurance. We aim to package orders by next day.

Q: What carrier do you use?
A: We ship through NetParcel, which automatically finds the most cost-effective courier (usually Canada Post, UPS, or Canpar) for your region.

Q: My order arrived damaged — what now?
A: If your package was damaged during transit, contact us immediately with photos of the box and contents. We’ll replace or refund any products that were damaged on arrival.

(Please note: we cannot replace products for issues that occur after delivery, storage, or use.)

Q: Are BulkWise products organic?
A: Yes — all BulkWise formulations are built from natural and organic inputs.
Our in-house blends are crafted using organic-grade raw materials, though we haven’t completed OMRI certification yet.

Our white-label inputs (sourced from OMRI-certified suppliers) are OMRI listed and meet strict organic standards. They test consistent for both NPK; and safe heavy metal ranges.

Q: What makes BulkWise different?
A: We’re grower-owned and field-tested — everything we make is proven in living soil before it ever hits the shelf. We’ve worked in numerous spaces, and the performance speaks for itself. Our focus is bioavailability, microbial compatibility, and true plant response — not hype or filler.

Q: Do your products contain dyes or additives?
A: Never. No dyes, no fillers, no unnecessary additives — only pure active ingredients designed to work in harmony with your soil. Products are either raw, prilled or extracted to liquid via organic acids.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: For purity and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened liquids, and nutrient powders. HOWEVER; we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Reach out if you have any issues and we will see what we can do.

Q: How do I contact support?
A: Reach out via our website contact form or email — we reply fast. Include your order number and any photos if it’s regarding a shipment. Instagram @bulkwise.ca is managed; and you can expect a reply within 24-48 hours.

WHOLESALE & PARTNERSHIPS

Q: Do you offer wholesale or bulk programs?
A: Yes. BulkWise works directly with a few storefronts. For volume pricing or private-label opportunities, reach out and we’ll set you up with our wholesale catalog. We are ALWAYS looking for more storefronts; and offer a baseline 40% margin with affordable delivery.
